Refund policy

At Painted Piñata, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our 3D-printed products. However, due to the custom nature of many of our items, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

  • Custom Orders: Custom-designed items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Returns: Standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
