Custom Orders

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Time: Standard orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take longer.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide, but delivery times and costs vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. Custom items are non-refundable unless defective.
